After enjoying the ‘Paris of South America’ – Buenos Aires, you will be taken to Puerto Madryn, where you will visit the Punta Tombo Penguin Colony and the wild Valdes Peninsula, home to wildlife such as the Southern Right Whale, sea lions, sea elephants and the mighty Orca. On to Mendoza to enjoy the aromas & flavours of its wine country and discover the mighty Andes Mountain range on horseback before having your breath taken away by the spectacular Iguazu Falls. Then you visit the unspoiled Iberia Wetlands and the estancia of Douglas Tompkins, a philanthropist and conservationist, who created the greatest natural park in Argentina with the aim of returning the locally extinct fauna and fostering an economy based on ecotourism. Finally, you will be able to take in everything you have experienced whilst relaxing for a few days on an idyllic beach in Uruguay.
